HDFC (Housing Development Corporation Fund) cooperatives are one of the forms of affordable homeownership for the low- and middle-income New Yorkers. Mitchel-Lama Coops for middle-class homeowners (based on NYU Furman Center Data)
The map also shows the median household income per census tract (American Community Survey 2015).
